Our Muay Thai class places a very strong emphasis not only on the devestating kicks, knees and elbows that tend to characterize Muay Thai but also on development of strong boxing. We place a premium on understanding and using the “Clinch Range”, in all of its facets, in an effort to produce the most comprehensive approach to Muay Thai possible.

While this class has a very strong fitness component, each technique will be firmly rooted in actual application. Hard pad training, neck wrestling, conditioning and light (timing) sparring will be a part of virtually every workout.
